Emergency Transport Stabilizer (ETS)
The Emergency Transport Stabilizer (ETS) is a reusable, inflatable mattress that affixes to a rigid or semi-rigid spine board. It is ideal for trauma and vascular patients. It is also ideal for patient's that will be subject to extended transport. The ETS can be rapidly deployed and inflated in less than 60 seconds using a hand pump (CO2 inflation is also an option). When inflated, the ETS assist in maintaining proper spinal alignment as well as offloading bony prominent areas subject to pressure sores. The ETS is approved air worthy for air transport. It is also appropriate for use in water rescue.
